Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve multi-million-dollar sales quotas in assigned verticals/accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target market verticals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Engage with distributor sales teams to keep them informed on Fluke products.
  • Integrate and strengthen sales strategies to maximize revenue through channel partners.
  • Conduct customer visits and present technical assessments to qualify customer needs.
  • Maintain and drive a healthy sales funnel using CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create sales enablement tools.

Team Dynamics:
You will collaborate with a diverse and international team across various regions, including Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, Europe, and the USA.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in test & measurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven end-user sales and key account management experience.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel across the Eastern Region and Saudi Arabia.
