Tasks and Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers with a smile and directing them to the appropriate tables.
Providing and explaining the menus to customers.
Accurately taking orders and entering them into the system or conveying them to the kitchen.
Serving food and beverages in a respectable, clean, and organized manner.
Continuously monitoring tables to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting their requests.
Setting the tables with the necessary utensils and supplies before, during, and after service.
Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the work area and tables in coordination with the cleaning responsibility.
Issuing bills and collecting payments when needed.
Adhering to hygiene, health, and food safety policies and standards.
Cooperating with the team to achieve the best collective performance and ideal service.
Informing the supervisor or manager of any complaints or comments from customers for immediate resolution.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma at minimum.
Previous experience in the same field (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication skills with different types of customers.
Clean and tidy appearance and high professional conduct.
The ability to work within a team and under pressure.
Quick learning and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of food safety and occupational health fundamentals.
