About the Role

H&P is seeking a Country Security Supervisor to manage and oversee all security operations across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This role involves the daily management of security personnel, activities, and contractors supporting H&P's business initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of security personnel, activities, and contractors supporting H&P business initiatives across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
• Oversee and manage security operations at locations including the Dammam Base, Bahrain Camp, stack yards, and housing compounds.
• Manage CCTV systems, access control systems, and other physical security equipment and programs.
• Ensure the effective implementation of programs designed to secure H&P assets in the field.
• Collaborate closely with local H&P personnel to ensure stakeholders receive necessary security support.
• Conduct threat assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Manage and oversee Duty of Care operations.
• Ensure the effective application of physical security principles and operations.
• Manage and implement technical security projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in security management or within a government security agency/military, with a focus on critical infrastructure.

• Knowledge and demonstrated experience in threat assessment and mitigation strategies.

About the Role

The position involves driving the execution of customs processes and GEV Policies, maintaining customer satisfaction, and fulfilling Incoterms. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customs operational support for Power Conversion, including guidance, assistance, and advice for their import and export activities, while leading initiatives to drive upstream process improvement and rigor.

• Manage daily operations with brokers, GEV stakeholders, and Business Process Owners (BPO) to establish engagement and communicate with relevant internal parties regarding incomplete or discrepant documents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Customs Operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of requirements for Other Government Agency Approvals (OGA).
• Experience in temporary import processes and bank guarantee recovery.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (oral and written).
• Ability to cover multiple locations within Saudi Arabia.
• Possess the legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restrictions.
