Cost Control Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be integral in ensuring project budgets are maintained effectively. You will be responsible for various operational tasks including:
- Assisting in developing, preparing, and reviewing job budgets.
- Preparing and issuing weekly project cost reports.
- Preparing subcontractor progress reports and payment certificates.
- Investigating causes of budget overruns on site.
- Preparing project variation orders and supporting documents.
- Executing site visits to gather necessary data for progress reports.
- Verifying Material Requisition Forms (MRF) to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conducting quantity take-offs for contract measurements accurately.
- Analyzing cost discrepancies between job budgets and estimates.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
