Key Responsibilities:- Direct the daily operations of the fleet sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts based on market analysis, historical data, and economic indicators.
- Conduct thorough analysis of the automotive fleet market to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create competitive pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
- Maintain relationships with key brokers and train them on our products and sales policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations affecting vehicle leasing and sales.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet sales management or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Certified Fleet Manager (CFM) certification is preferred.
