Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the dashboard and managing the performance of the representatives
- Attracting and registering new representatives
- Monitoring daily attendance and commitment
- Increasing the productivity of representatives and achieving targets
- Solving operational problems and coordinating with support
- Preparing performance reports and daily follow-ups
Requirements:
- Previous experience in operating or managing delivery representatives
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in using computers and operational systems
- Seriousness and discipline in work
Job Details:
- Work Location: Jeddah
- Working Hours: 12 hours
- Salary: 3000 SAR
