Tasks and Responsibilities: - Daily supervision of the cleaning workers and distribution of tasks as needed. - Ensuring that cleaning procedures are executed correctly according to the specified standards. - Inspecting equipment and cleaning materials and ensuring their availability and suitability. - Preparing schedules for work and monitoring attendance and departure. - Submitting periodic reports on work progress and operational problems to management. - Training new workers on cleaning policies and procedures. - Monitoring the cleanliness of public areas, offices, restrooms, and specified areas according to the work plan. - Ensuring the implementation of occupational health and safety procedures while performing work. - Coordinating with other departments to address any cleanliness-related observations. - Dealing with any emergency or situation that requires direct intervention, such as spills or accidents.
