About the Role:
We are looking for a competent Business Analyst to join our consulting services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, developing presentations, and supporting developmental and implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Prepare technical reports and analyze tender documents.
• Contribute to workshops and surveys.
• Develop interactive reports and presentations.
• Participate in benchmark research and comparisons.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Skills in report preparation and logical analysis.
• Able to work in a multitasking environment and within a team.

Requirements:

• Saudi citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma holder.
• Registered with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
• Not registered for any job in the previous six months.
• Currently not employed in any public or private sector job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support various departments in utilizing the DDS tool.
• Manage all DDS-related documents, including policies and procedures.
• Complete HC reviews according to the schedule.
• Monitor and update portfolio data sources to ensure high data quality.
• Assist in business analysis activities across departments.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share insights.
• Perform daily tasks adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Follow up on intended benefit plans and verify implementation.
• Provide recommendations for measuring benefit realization and effectiveness.

Education and Certifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
