- Manage all DDS-related documents, including policies and procedures.
- Complete HC reviews according to the schedule.
- Monitor and update portfolio data sources to ensure high data quality.
- Assist in business analysis activities across departments.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share insights.
- Perform daily tasks adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Follow up on intended benefit plans and verify implementation.
- Provide recommendations for measuring benefit realization and effectiveness.
Education and Certifications:A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
