We are seeking a Security Supervisor who will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment in our luxurious resort. This role is essential to ensure that our facilities are safe and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Inform the Assistant Security Manager/Director of Security about all security matters.
- Coordinate with the Director of Engineering regarding fire and security responsibilities.
- Liaise with management and employees to assist with security issues and loss control.
- Work collaboratively with local law enforcement and Fire & Safety officials.
- Supervise security staff and train them on Resort regulations, fire prevention, safety procedures, and emergency responses.
- Maintain confidentiality related to security records and reports.
- Conduct regular checks of security operations, including CCTV surveillance.
- Prepare security staff for all emergency situations through regular training and drills.
Qualifications:- University degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role at a five-star hotel, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong team management, computer, and communication skills.
