Leading and motivating a field sales team within the \"Impact Makers\" program, to achieve the sales camp goals, and to build an exceptional team capable of turning every point of sale into a impactful experience that leaves a mark on customers.

📌 Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Complete supervision of executing the field sales plan and achieving the specified goals for the camp.
• Attracting, training, and developing new sales representatives in line with the program's philosophy and spirit.
• Creating a high-performance motivational environment based on innovation, inspiration, and positive influence.
• Daily monitoring of team performance, submitting reports, and providing recommendations for performance development.
• Organizing sales schedules and locations and ensuring effective coverage at targeted points.
• Empowering the team to turn challenges into opportunities, and “rejections” into successful deals.
• Building positive relationships with clients and directing the team towards providing an exceptional experience in every interaction.
• Maintaining the brand standards of “Stay Connected” in the field and enhancing its image in the market.

✅ Qualifications and Requirements:
• At least two years of experience supervising field sales teams or sales training programs.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and build high-performance teams.
• Excellent communication skills and advanced emotional intelligence.

• Flexibility in fieldwork and the ability to adapt to market changes.

• Deliver professional and friendly service to guests.
• Lead the daily operations of the housekeeping department ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Participate actively in daily briefings and departmental meetings.
• Keep Room Attendants informed of daily priorities.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance issues as necessary.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Strong training and organizational skills.
• Experience with Hotel Property Management System, Micros-Fidelio is desirable.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure.

• Frequent standing and walking.
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, push, pull, and lift as needed.
• Climbing ladders, stairs, and ramps may be required.
