Key Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries promptly via calls, cases, and chats.
- Managing complaints and shipment disruptions with professionalism.
- Coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions.
- Conducting regular meetings with customers to enhance service delivery.
- Identifying value-added services to promote customer engagement.
Qualifications:- 2-5 years of experience in Shipping & Logistics.
- Strong skills in customer and vendor relationship management.
- Proven track record of driving change and innovation.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
