In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring that every customer has an enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and handle transactions efficiently.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Ensure quality control by following proper brewing techniques and recipes.
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Work as part of a team to create a positive café environment.
Requirements:- Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Education:High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
