- Monitor the quality of food & beverage served consistently.
- Practice good customer relations and attend to complaints or queries satisfactorily.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep service equipment.
- Handle all service preparations before, during, and after service.
- Ensure minimal wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
- Utilize up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
Qualifications:The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage, along with previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant. A good command of English and essential skills such as guest service and interpersonal skills are required.
