We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to manage daily housekeeping operations in our facilities. Your role will ensure cleanliness and orderliness across all areas, contributing to a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:- Manage and execute daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness.
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Coordinate with team members to allocate tasks for efficient workflow.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure all areas meet our cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections and address any issues related to maintenance or cleanliness.
- Respond effectively to guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.
- Assist in preparing and managing housekeeping schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities and supplies usage.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and supplies.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
