Purpose of the Job:- Prepare and submit all shipment formalities.
- Manage customs duty and port charges documentation.
- Archive shipping documents and ensure compliance.
- Communicate with shipping agents to facilitate customs clearance.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle e-archiving of shipping documentation.
- Prepare renewal of authorizations annually.
- Maintain communication with various stakeholders including customs and port authorities.
Qualifications:- College/Diploma.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Customs Clearance.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English.
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
