Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently.
- Maintain an organized seating plan to enhance table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle bookings accurately.
- Communicate effectively with service staff for smooth operations.
- Monitor dining area activity and adjust seating arrangements as needed.
- Ensure the entrance and reception area are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Provide guests with menus and information about the outlet.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing position preferred.
