Shefaa Al-Dawaa is seeking a creative and strategic Influencer Marketing Specialist to enhance our marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you will develop and manage influencer partnerships aimed at driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligning with brand objectives.
• Identify and build relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across various platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with influencers to ensure maximum ROI.
• Manage influencer outreach, onboarding, and campaign execution, ensuring brand alignment and quality content.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated campaigns across digital channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize influencer partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in influencer marketing or social media marketing.
• Solid understanding of the beauty and skincare industry in the Middle East.
• Experience negotiating and managing influencer contracts.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
