Job Description - Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist at Ibdah Language Institute is responsible for implementing marketing plans and promoting the institute's services and programs with the aim of increasing enrollment and enhancing the institute's digital presence. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, preparing advertising content, following up on marketing campaigns, and interacting with clients and those interested in the courses.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Manage the institute's social media accounts
• Prepare and execute marketing and advertising campaigns
• Design and write marketing content
• Capture and publish daily content for the institute
• Follow up on messages and inquiries and convert interested individuals to enroll
• Prepare performance reports and measure campaign results
• Contribute to developing the institute's marketing identity and increasing its reach

Job Requirements:
• Saudi nationality

• In-person attendance
• Experience in marketing or social media management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in design and digital marketing software
• Experience in the education sector or institutes is preferred

The required person should be able to turn marketing ideas into clear and attractive content, write short scripts, suggest campaign ideas and clips, and prepare suitable content for publishing on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.

Main tasks:
* Writing creative ideas and scripts for social media clips.
* Innovating marketing content angles suitable for each client.
* Preparing daily or weekly content for accounts.
* Participating in building the content calendar.
* Writing short and clear advertising texts.
* Following social media trends and turning the appropriate ones into actionable ideas.
* Coordinating with designers, editors, and the campaign team.
* Reviewing content before publishing and ensuring the clarity of the message.
* Contributing to the development of account styles and improving content quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related field.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in content creation for social media, websites, or digital campaigns.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills in both Arabic and English.
• Experience with design tools (*, Canva, Adobe Express) and video editing software (*, CapCut, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with SEO basics and analytics tools to optimize content performance.

• Creativity and trend awareness.

• Industry experience in environmental sustainability or waste management.
