Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate buggy vehicles to transport guests, luggage, and staff.
• Provide warm, courteous, and professional service during transportation.
• Assist guests with boarding and exiting buggies, including elderly and VIP guests.
• Transport guests promptly between various hotel facilities.
• Support arrival and departure operations with luggage handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of buggy vehicles.
• Follow hotel traffic rules, safety procedures, and speed regulations.
• Respond quickly to guest transportation requests.
• Assist with special transportation arrangements for VIPs.
• Coordinate with Bell Desk, Concierge, Front Office, and Valet teams.
• Conduct routine checks of buggy operational status.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driving license for buggy or light vehicle.
• 1–3 years of experience in driving or hospitality operations preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local traffic rules and safety regulations.

The Runner/Courier plays a vital role in supporting the logistics team by ensuring the efficient, safe, and timely movement of documents, packages, and materials. You will be responsible for facilitating smooth operational flow, accuracy in deliveries, and adherence to company standards.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick-up & Delivery: Collect and deliver documents, parcels, samples, and materials. Ensure accurate handover and prioritize urgent deliveries.
• Internal Logistics Support: Assist teams with unloading, sorting, and routing items. Move items between departments as needed.
• Documentation & Records: Maintain records of deliveries including time, destination, and recipient.
• Customer & Vendor Interaction: Represent the company professionally, manage communications regarding deliveries, and handle inquiries politely.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow company protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• License: Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience: Relevant experience is a plus.
• Skills: Good communication, strong time management, and organizational skills. Basic logistics knowledge is a plus.

A field representative is required to sell cartons of healthy drinking water in the markets in Jeddah to all customer categories, fulfill incoming orders, and open new clients... should have high morals and be effective. There is a commission in addition to the salary upon achieving the goals, and with God's success.
