What You'll Be Doing:

Build and maintain strong Supplier/Retailer relationships, addressing queries on products and services.
Oversee in-store operations through regular visits, ensuring compliance and proper merchandising.
Supervise the sales cycle, including order follow-up and collection tracking.
Monitor market dynamics and support trade marketing activities.
Ensure brand visibility and collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve objectives.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

Minimum 2 years in retail, Pharmacy or FMCG sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage stock and report on sales performance.

Salary System

• Transportation allowance: 1,000 SAR
• Total income: 3,500 SAR

Monthly Target:
• 10 cars with monthly contracts (100 SAR commission per car)
• 3 cars with annual contracts (500 SAR commission per car)

Conditions

• Own a private car and a valid driver's license
• Previous experience in field sales
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Seriousness, discipline, and ability to achieve targets
