Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure the application of quality, service, and cleanliness standards and maintain store readiness.
* Achieve sales and profitability goals by managing costs, inventory, and implementing marketing plans.
* Manage work schedules, attract and develop talent, and retain them.
* Train and develop the work team and implement training programs.
* Supervise inventory, orders, and supply to reduce shortages and waste.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and cash handling procedures.
* Handle customer complaints and enhance the guest experience.
* Manage financial reports, daily deposits, and monitor profitability.
Skills and Experience:
* 2-4 years of experience in fast-food restaurant management or the food and retail sector.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to build and manage teams.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations, labor laws, and cash procedures.
* Proficiency in preparing schedules, managing inventory, and financial reports.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
