The ideal candidate will report directly to the Recruitment Supervisor and play a key role in enhancing our recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct recruiting, screening, and interviews for a variety of positions.
- Ensure hiring processes comply with SSA policies.
- Manage employment requisitions and vacancy announcements.
- Review employment contracts and job offers.
- Maintain organized employment application databases.
- Check applicant references and verify certificates.
- Communicate recruitment status updates to department heads.
- Utilize fair recruitment practices to select the most suitable candidates.
- Understand Nitaqat rules and Saudization percentages.
- Advertising vacant positions internally and externally.
- Arrange and conduct interviews.
- Guide new employees through onboarding.
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years in HR, with 2 years focused on recruitment.
- Preferred certifications in HR (pHRi/SHRM/CIPD).
