📝 Tasks and Responsibilities
1.Preparing marketing strategies:
•Developing an annual and monthly marketing plan aligned with the company's goals.
•Identifying target segments and analyzing the market and competitors.
2.Managing marketing campaigns:
•Designing and implementing campaigns (online + offline).
•Supervising celebrity and influencer advertisements.
•Monitoring campaign performance and measuring results.
3.Managing the marketing team:
•Distributing tasks among the internal team (Design - Content - Social Media - Paid Ads).
•Monitoring performance and providing training and development.
4.Managing identity and branding:
•Ensuring all campaigns align with the company's identity.
•Developing the brand image and enhancing its presence in the market.
5.Reports and analyses:
•Preparing periodic reports on sales and marketing.
•Using analytical tools to measure ROI and the return from campaigns.
6.Coordinating with other departments:
•Collaborating with the sales department to ensure achieving goals.
•Coordinating with the production department to ensure the availability of products required in the campaigns

• Sort materials and distribute them based on their characteristics such as size and type.
• Load materials into production lines and ensure operational continuity.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and remove debris and waste.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental policies.

• Ability to perform manual packaging.
• Knowledge of operating equipment.
• Skills in sorting waste and unloading supplies.
• Proficiency in Arabic, and knowledge of English is considered an advantage.

• Install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, including heating units and pumps and air conditioners.
• Contribute to the design of ventilation and air conditioning systems and provide the necessary technical advice.
• Implement operations and install systems within the specified timelines.
• Monitor aspects of technical performance and ensure accuracy in compliance with required specifications.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

• One-year diploma after high school in cooling and air conditioning.
• Advanced skills in engineering, heating techniques, machine maintenance, and electronic intrusion.
• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level.

• Sorting and distributing materials based on their characteristics such as size and type.
• Loading materials onto production lines and ensuring the continuity of operations.
• Maintaining cleanliness in work areas and removing waste and debris.
• Following health, safety, and environmental policies.

• Ability to perform manual packing.
• Knowledge of operating equipment.
• Skills in sorting waste and emptying supplies.
• Proficiency in Arabic, and knowledge of English is considered an advantage.

• Receiving materials according to specifications and their quantities.

• Preparing equipment receipt memos and documenting work.

• Leading and managing a team to meet sales targets.
• Ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries.
• Implementing sales strategies to enhance profitability.

• Patrolling and monitoring workplaces to protect property.
• Monitoring entry and exit processes and verifying visitors' identities.
• Issuing entry permits and inspecting gates, doors, and windows.
• Responding to alarms, handling incidents, and communicating with relevant authorities.
• Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.

• Teaching students interactively in all areas of primary education.

• Bachelor's degree in curriculum and instruction methods, primary education, or English.
• At least two years of practical experience in teaching.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

• Design professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Develop innovative templates that align with the visual identity of the organization.
• Design static and interactive infographics to present data.
• Produce and design books, manuals, and brochures.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams.
• Prepare materials for high-quality print and digital publishing.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends.

• 35 years of experience in design.
• Advanced proficiency in: Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Creative and organizational skills.

• Follow up on the implementation of approved archiving policies and procedures and ensure compliance by departments.
• Review indexing and classification processes of documents to ensure their accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct periodic audits on archive files and documents (paper and electronic) to ensure they conform to quality standards.
• Coordinate with the archiving team to resolve issues or notes related to file organization or storage methods.
• Develop internal quality standards for archiving according to best practices.
• Submit periodic reports on the level of quality in archiving with suggested improvements.
• Participate in training employees on quality standards.
• Ensure the safety and security of documents and ease of retrieval.
• Participate in digital transformation projects related to document preservation.
• Monitor the implementation of confidentiality and data protection controls.

• Bachelor's degree in programming, computer science, software engineering, information systems, or industrial engineering and systems.

• Two years of practical experience in the field of quality or archiving.

• Quality assurance, quality auditing, report preparation, service quality assessment, and documentation.

• Possessing a valid real estate license
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and data management
• Experience in real estate and property management
• Experience in sales and achieving sales targets
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to work at the company headquarters in Jeddah
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Civil Engineering, etc...)
