Position Overview:As a Cluster Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail. Your role includes:
- Identifying guest reservation needs and determining the appropriate room type.
- Explaining guarantee, special rates, and cancellation policies to guests.
- Documenting special requests and answering inquiries regarding property facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Process all reservation requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Input and access data in the reservation system.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Foster positive working relationships with team members and guests.
