Job Title: Cashier

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers courteously and welcome them with a smile.

• Accurately record orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Issue invoices and collect payment in cash or by card.

• Ensure cash amounts at the end of the shift match the reports.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Strictly implement restaurant policies and procedures.

• Prepare daily revenue reports and submit them to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma as a minimum.

• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service (preferably in restaurants).

• Proficiency in using Point of Sale systems.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and during peak times.

• Neat appearance and punctuality in attendance.

• Processing cash payments, credit cards, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring guests receive their correct change and receipts.
• Greeting guests in a friendly manner, providing information about menu items, prices, and special promotions.
• Handling cash registers and payment systems, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and maintaining balances at the end of each shift.
• Assisting in restocking supplies such as napkins, straws, and other service items, ensuring the food service area is prepared for peak times.
• Providing support to the service team during busy periods, helping to expedite orders and ensuring timely service.
• Addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints professionally, escalating any issues to management as necessary.
• Following safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent minimum.
• Experience from 0 to 1 year in cash handling or customer service or food service environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

🎯 Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations for all branches.

• Manage work teams and monitor performance and discipline.

• Ensure service quality and cleanliness of branches according to approved standards.

• Monitor inventory and operational needs.

• Handle customer complaints and submit regular reports to management.

• Train the staff and motivate them to achieve sales and service goals.

• Supervising the sales team:
  Monitoring team members' performance and providing support and guidance to achieve set goals.
• Developing sales strategies:
  Creating innovative sales plans based on market analysis and customer needs.
• Managing customer relationships:
  Ensuring customer satisfaction and effectively resolving issues or complaints.
