Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies for cost optimization and enhancing supply chain efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to ethical and sustainability standards.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and payment terms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and pricing fluctuations.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance.
- Oversee inventory management strategies to avoid shortages and excess stock.
- Handle end-to-end Capex processes, ensure compliance and obtain necessary approvals.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Purchasing Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement principles and best practices.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in budgeting and cost optimization.
- Analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
