• Greet and welcome clients warmly.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and available appointments.
• Manage client check-ins and check-outs.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and overall salon cleanliness.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Track inventory and restock salon supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
