About the Role
As HSE Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives across two manufacturing sites and warehouses.
  • Ensuring compliance with Saudi regulatory bodies (SFDA, Civil Defence, NCWC, Modon, etc.) and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
  • Driving a strong safety culture and implementing training programs in both Arabic and English.

  • Supporting Kinza’s sustainability agenda (CO2 recovery, water & energy efficiency, waste reduction).

What We’re Looking For

  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) required; ISO 450******* Lead Auditor preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in HSE within FMCG, beverages, or food manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a senior HSE leadership role.
  • Strong track record managing HSE across large-scale facilities.
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent professional English communication skills.
  • Hands-on leadership style, able to influence and inspire teams at all levels.
