• Ensure a safe working environment by complying with safety objectives and standards.

• Minimum Mechanical Diploma Degree.
• Saudi Nationality is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in English.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs.

Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Fluent in English (verbal & written)
• Knowledge of steam & condensate systems, products, and services
• Strong problem-solving & project coordination skills
• Prior experience in technical or commercial customer-facing roles
• Skilled in preparing technical quotations/proposals
• Familiar with ERP systems

• Provide landscape architectural input to projects and programs.
• Coordinate activities with other disciplines.
• Prepare technical specifications and scope of work descriptions.
• Create Request for Proposal (RFP) documents with design concepts.
• Assist during pre-bid conferences and proposal evaluations.
• Review contractor design submissions and prepare reports.
• Conduct field inspections during construction.
• Prepare technical correspondence and reports.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (*** Arch.).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience in feasibility reports and design proposals.
• Knowledge of materials, zoning regulations, and landscape criteria.
• Familiarity with software tools (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
• Expertise in landscape architecture standards.

• Assist in supervising site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Support the Resident Engineer and discipline engineers in day-to-day site supervision activities.
• Monitor contractor’s progress and quality of work, reporting deviations or non-conformities.
• Maintain daily site records and assist in preparing inspection reports.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are maintained on site.
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Provide technical support and feedback during construction activities.
• Liaise with QA/QC inspectors to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Support in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is mandatory.
• 35 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or construction supervision projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Good communication skills (Arabic & English preferred).
• Saudi nationals are strongly preferred in line with project requirements.
