Your Role:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will supervise a team of Housekeeping Attendants to achieve operational objectives. Your responsibilities include:
  • Preparing job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants.
  • Issuing keys and supplies to the team.
  • Taking note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, and Double-Lock Rooms with appropriate actions.
  • Attending daily meetings and receiving special instructions.
  • Inspecting cleaned areas using a checklist to ensure standards are met.
  • Supervising the cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
  • Training and assisting Housekeeping Attendants and advising superiors on performance.
  • Assisting with inventory and maintenance of housekeeping machines and equipment.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
  • A diploma or vocational training in hospitality.
  • Previous minor supervisory experience within a hotel’s Housekeeping Department.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Computer literacy and experience with Opera are advantageous.
