About the Role & Team:
In this position, you will identify and understand customers' business issues, define and document their needs, and translate these into SITA solutions across various portfolios. You will also ensure compliance with SITA's processes, validate and enhance customer requirements, and manage change requests, all to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary interface for salespersons to support customer engagements.
  • Analyze and document customer requirements and business processes.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business models and develop technical solutions.
  • Provide customers with current information on SITA products and enhancements.
  • Develop simple business cases based on pricing models to ensure profitability.
Qualifications:
You should be a native Arabic speaker fluent in English, possess 3 years of business analysis experience, and have a background in the aviation industry. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering is required. Your skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication are vital for success in this role.
