Key Responsibilities
  • Project Budget Development:
    • Build detailed baseline budgets for new projects.

  • Financial Forecasting:

  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work closely with PMO, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
    • Support funding approvals, change requests, and procurement decisions.
  • Compliance & Quality:
    • Ensure budgets follow internal controls, audit requirements, and client or regulatory guidelines.

Who We’re Looking For
A numbers-driven professional with strong analytical and Excel modeling skills is essential. The successful candidate should be able to maintain accuracy while managing multiple projects simultaneously, be proactive in understanding project cost structures and financial sustainability, and thrive in deadline-driven environments handling urgent tasks when needed.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project budgeting, financial planning, or cost control.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (cost models, forecasting, pivot tables).
  • Experience working on projects within Saudi Arabia (government or private sector).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
  • High accuracy, strong analytical ability, and excellent time management skills.
