Job Title: Juice & Beverage Preparation Specialist
Job Summary:
The Juice & Beverage Preparation Specialist is responsible for preparing and serving fresh juices, cocktails, hot beverages, fruit salads, and fruit baskets while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and cocktail beverages according to standard recipes.
• Prepare and serve hot beverages such as coffee, tea, and other seasonal drinks.
• Prepare fruit salads and assemble fresh fruit baskets in an attractive and hygienic manner.
• Ensure freshness, quality, and correct portioning of all ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Handle customer orders accurately and politely.
• Manage daily preparation of fruits and ingredients.
• Assist in inventory control and report shortages when needed.
• Ensure proper storage of fruits and ingredients.
• Support team members during peak hours.
Requirements & Skills:
• Previous experience in juice bars, cafés, or similar food and beverage environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of fresh fruits, beverages, and basic food preparation.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
Working Conditions:
• Standing for long periods.
• Handling fresh produce and kitchen equipment.
