About the Role / Role OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage financial transactions at the site or office level. This role is critical in ensuring accurate cash handling, daily reconciliation, and maintaining proper financial records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all inflows and outflows.
- Manage site petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies if any.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Adhere to internal controls and company financial policies.
RequirementsEducation / QualificationDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
ExperiencePrior experience in handling site petty cash or retail/office funds. Experience in cash handling, bookkeeping, or similar financial roles.
Skills & Attributes- Basic bookkeeping and daily cash reconciliation skills.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness (mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
