Investigate customer product complaints and gather necessary information for resolution.
Support the Regional Training team with hands-on sessions for new joiners.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related roles.
Strong experience in content creation and campaign development.
Ability to support and execute marketing strategies and initiatives.
Proficiency in SAP systems for marketing or sales operations (preferred).
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data.
