• Hauling cargo from one location to another for distribution, purchase, or sale.
• Inspecting trucks for safety and adhering to safety protocols, especially with hazardous materials.
• Maintaining the vehicle by checking for any malfunctions and ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Reviewing shipping documents and ensuring proper loading of cargo.
• Encouraging compliance with all safety procedures and reporting unsafe acts.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in truck driving.
• Good physical condition for long hours on the road.
• Knowledge of truck maintenance.
• Punctual and organized with strong communication skills.
• Proven leadership and maturity of judgment under pressure.

• Lead an operational team of 7-8 operators, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop high-performing teams by creating personalized development plans and coaching.
