  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze supply chain data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Develop performance dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making. Recommend strategic improvements based on solid analytics.
  • Systems & Digital Transformation: Work with IT and system owners to enhance ERP, IBP, WMS, and other digital tools. Drive automation and digital transformation of supply chain processes. Ensure seamless integration across planning and execution systems.
  • Dashboarding & Performance Visibility: Build and maintain real-time analytics dashboards (Power BI, SAC, etc.). Promote data literacy by training teams on dashboard interpretation.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead high-impact projects focused on operational excellence, cost optimization, and performance enhancement. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements.

What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in supply chain or logistics roles. At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence. Certifications like Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), and CSCP preferred.
Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and data visualization skills. Proficiency in process optimization, Lean methodologies, and workflow enhancement.
