The candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, organizing appointments, and providing an exceptional customer service experience, in addition to being able to introduce and persuade clients about laboratory services in a professional manner.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Welcoming clients and greeting them in a decent and professional manner
Accurately registering and entering patient data into the system
Organizing appointments and managing the visit schedule
Responding to inquiries over the phone and in person with eloquence
Explaining laboratory services and available offers to clients
Contributing to increasing sales through persuasion skills and effective communication
Coordinating with the medical team to ensure smooth workflow
Maintaining the confidentiality of patient information
Requirements:
High communication skills and politeness in dealing
Strong ability to persuade and sell
Good appearance and professionalism in behavior
Proficiency in using computers
Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred (especially in the medical field)
