Job Objectives

  • Optimize Supply Chain Processes: Streamline procurement and logistics workflows using ERP, generating reports to identify obsolete materials and ensuring timely goods receipt and order closures.
  • Provide Technical Support: Act as first line of support for ERP-related issues, assisting users and coordinating with IT teams to resolve errors.
  • Analyze ERP Data: Extract and analyze data to generate insights, optimize stock levels, and support better decision-making.
  • Drive ERP Enhancements: Identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary upgrades.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with various teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of materials.
  • User Training and Compliance: Conduct training sessions to promote best practices in ERP usage.
  • Support Procurement Activities: Assist in vendor sourcing, bid evaluation, purchase order creation, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
