We are looking for a "Salesperson" to work in one of its branches.

The main responsibility is to assist customers in selecting glasses and eye care products, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a unique customer experience inside the store.

Main tasks:

• Welcoming customers and assisting them in choosing the right products.

• Achieving the specified branch sales targets.

• Arranging and organizing products inside the store and maintaining the overall appearance.

Required qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.

• Working days 6 days a week, 8 working hours including a one-hour break

• Flexibility to work with changing shift patterns (one shift but may change according to need)

• Available shifts (Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Evening shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM)

• Enthusiasm and desire for professional development and growth

• Main Responsibilities:
  • Participating in setting marketing objectives, policies, and initiatives.
  • Developing annual marketing and promotional plans in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Overseeing the implementation of plans and ensuring their effective execution according to the budget and specified timelines.
  • Building strategic relationships with external partners and managing relationships with advertising companies.
  • Supervising the preparation of marketing studies and distributing marketing materials effectively.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising and Marketing Communication, E-commerce, Public Relations, or Information Technology.
• Training and Certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Other relevant certifications in marketing and human resources management are considered an additional advantage.
