Job Title: Legal Specialist - Litigation and Contracts

Description:
As a Legal Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a range of legal issues and providing legal support to the business. You will also need to manage the company's litigation cases, represent the company in court, and draft and review contracts.

Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the company's legal cases and representing it as an authorized legal advisor in court.
  • Drafting and vetting documents related to legal disputes, including complaints, defenses, and motions.
  • Assisting in resolving legal disputes and achieving out-of-court settlements when necessary.
  • Reviewing and drafting legal documents, including resolutions, powers of attorney, confidentiality agreements, contracts, and policies.
  • Providing legal advice and guidance on various legal issues.
  • Conducting legal research and following up on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assisting in the company's fiduciary matters, including registrations, permits, licenses, etc.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external parties to ensure legal compliance and risk management.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized legal records.
  • Providing administrative support to legal team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent.
  • Currently licensed and accepted to practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a legal specialist or in a similar role.
  • Experience in litigation, especially in labor disputes, with a proven track record in managing cases and representing clients.
  • Experience in reviewing contracts, drafting contracts, and legal research.
  • Excellent drafting skills and ability to handle complex legal issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and a good understanding of legal concepts.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (including legal drafting).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High organization and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
