Job responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.

• Manage appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and cancellations.

• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries quickly and politely.

• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.

• Coordinate with salon staff to ensure services are delivered efficiently.

• Keep the reception area clean and organized.

• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.

• Follow up on the implementation of administrative decisions and organize mail and daily appointments.
• Implement administrative instructions and open and sort mail.
• Complete typing tasks and respond to inquiries and phone calls.
• Coordinate and organize meetings for the direct supervisor and write and document their minutes.

• Studying and analyzing the curricula and textbooks for kindergarten and setting educational objectives.
• Preparing annual and semester lesson plans.
• Managing theoretical lessons and extracurricular activities.
• Developing teaching methods and assessment tools for students.
• Preparing reports related to student performance and storing them in the database.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (additional merit but not a requirement).
• Experience of no less than one to three years in telephone sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a high ability to persuade.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve goals within specified deadlines.
• Proficient in using digital sales tools and CRM systems.

• Data entry and accurate documentation of medication

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
• Assist in all operations of the Spa, including knowledge of the complete Spa menu.
• Guide guests with the use of sauna, steam, and spa facilities.

• Maintain product stock levels and ensure displays meet our quality standards.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and report any malfunctions or hazards.
• Participate in pre-shift briefings and assist in keeping areas clean and organized.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Preferred experience in Spa or Hospitality, with a minimum of 1 year in a 5* hotel spa or luxury stand-alone Spa.
• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable and responsible with the ability to focus on guest needs.
