Job Objective:
To execute telephone sales operations and achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication with potential and current customers, providing suitable solutions to their needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Make daily calls to potential and current customers to present products and services.
  • Use specific conversation scenarios and effective sales procedures to achieve desired results.
  • Apply cross-selling and up-selling skills as directed by management.

  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve goals within specified deadlines.
  • Proficient in using digital sales tools and CRM systems.
  • High organization and task management skills.
