### 📌 Nature of Work:
- Following up on the execution of daily tasks (follow-up with workers, preparation, purchases)
- Searching for suppliers and gathering price quotes (packaging, materials, equipment)
- Executing work errands (buying, coordinating, receiving orders)
- Documenting work with photos and reports
- Raising notes and suggestions to improve work

### ⏱️ Working Hours:
- Part-time (2–4 hours daily)
- Fieldwork + follow-up via mobile

- Monthly salary: 2,500 Riyals

• Develop financial strategies and manage company budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and Zakat regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Lead and develop the finance team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certification such as CPA, SOCPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including leadership of a finance department.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations in KSA.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.

• Manage all accounting and financial tasks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Prepare budgets and lead the annual budgeting process.
• Establish regular forecasting for data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including quarterly statements.
• Manage financial risks and optimize capital structure.
• Secure financing for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance against KPIs and provide insights to executives.
• Build strong relationships with banks and regulators.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.

• Oversee the daily Finance operations, ensuring alignment with Company's objectives, policies and budgets
• Ensure targeted daily sales outstanding is met
• Perform credit risk analysis on customers
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures across operations
• Lead initiatives to optimize financial processes esp. on AP and Payment
• Manage cashflow, ensuring enough liquidity to meet the operation needs while managing financial and interest risks
• Oversee costing function to ensure accuracy in reports, delta costs are promptly cleared and analyse unusual CM
• Partner with other departments to develop financial strategies that align with overall business goals
• Identify financial risks associated with operational functions and mitigate them
• Manage and maintain the fixed asset register, ensure addition capex has been properly approved
• Lead the preparation, monitoring and management of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Monitor actual expenditures against approved budgets, including detailed tracking of project/CAPEX costs and analysis of variances
• Prepare actual monthly financial reports, including forecasts and variance analysis comparing actual results against budgeted figures
• Review and submit quarterly VAT to ensure VAT submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Oversee annual tax compliance activities, ensuring timely and accurate filings in accordance with ZATCA laws and regulations
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks
• Other ad-hoc projects

• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience, with at least 3 years in operational finance role
• Experience in leading team of at least 5 staff
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills preferred
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance and risk management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to collaborate effectively with different departments
• Hands-on to lead by example or coach the team
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Oversee all financial management aspects, including accounting policies, procurement practices, and financial statement preparation.
• Lead the budget and forecasting process to achieve approved targets.
• Enhance Finance team performance and develop talent for succession planning.
• Deliver accurate business forecasting to optimize resource allocation.
• Provide value-added reporting for operational improvements.
• Coordinate all audit visits, ensuring proactive follow-up on audit issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with apartment owners to align objectives and facilitate approvals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience in audits, compliance, and statutory requirements.
