Tasks and Responsibilities:

Organizing and following up on recruitment and sourcing processes.

Preparing and updating employee files and records.

Implementing HR policies and procedures.

Monitoring performance evaluation and training plans.

Coordinating with different departments to meet their human resources needs.

Handling HR programs (such as ERP system or any internal systems).

Supervising attendance and departures and vacations.

Supporting a positive work environment and encouraging company culture.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience of at least sixty in the field of human resources (preferred).

Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.

Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office programs. Odoo

Organized and flexible personality.
