• Payroll & Attendance Management: Oversee monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, and leave balances. Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursements. Monitor shift schedules and attendance for store staff and flag discrepancies. Support end-of-service calculations and benefits processing.
• Employee Services & Records: Ensure timely processing of employee requests (letters, certificates, bank forms, etc.). Maintain HR systems and employee records (digital and physical) with accuracy. Track probation periods and contract renewals, ensuring timely actions.
• HR Policy Implementation: Enforce HR policies and procedures across stores and head office. Educate employees and managers on HR policies, especially related to attendance, grooming, and workplace discipline. Support internal audits and prepare required HR compliance reports.
• Offboarding & Exit Management: Manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements. Analyze turnover trends and report key findings to HR leadership.

• Education: Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 46 years in HR operations, preferably in retail or fashion/luxury environments.
• Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS, MS Office (especially Excel), payroll platforms.

Job Objective:

To implement and follow up all operations and procedures related to human resources management, including recruitment, contracts, salaries, vacations, performance, and training, to ensure full compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Implement recruitment and selection procedures according to the needs of different departments.

• Prepare and update employment contracts, and ensure they are documented through the 'Qiwa' platform.

• Follow up on attendance, departures, and vacations, and update the HR system promptly.

• Process vacation requests, warnings, violations, and resignations according to the company's regulations.

• Participate in the annual performance evaluation processes and follow up on the developmental plans for employees.

• Provide support in labor and disciplinary issues, in coordination with the legal advisor.

• Prepare periodic reports on human resources including turnover rates, absenteeism, and salaries.

• Contribute to organizing training programs and enhancing employee efficiency.

• Ensure the application of internal policies and procedures in accordance with the Saudi Labor Law.

• Maintain the confidentiality of employee data and protect it from any unauthorized use.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or equivalent.

• Experience of at least two years in the field of human resources.

• Good knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law and the platforms of the Ministry of Human Resources (Qiwa, Mudad, Social Insurance).

• Proficiency in using HRMS systems and office programs such as Excel and Word.

• High communication skills, accuracy in task execution, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Implementing procedures, regulations, and forms for monitoring project employees' attendance and their various types of leaves and modifying forms as needed, in addition to applying the attendance monitoring system and ensuring their adherence to official working hours.
• Applying policies and procedures for annual, medical, emergency leaves, and other types of leaves specified in the approved holiday and leave policy and applying promotion, secondment, termination procedures, and recording all incidents of employees according to the approved regulations and procedures.
• Dealing with employee complaints, observations, requests, and inquiries in a professional manner and effectively escalating issues to the department director when they arise.
• Updating employee-related information and providing it to the employee services team by recording and documenting all information related to the employees of the entity, such as promotions, training courses, and salary and benefits-related matters.
• Preparing specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations and providing suitable recommendations and appropriate solutions and presenting, clarifying, and saving them in their database according to the approved policies and procedures.
• Dealing with relevant government and private entities.
