الحوكمة والامتثال: دعم إجراءات الحوكمة الداخلية عبر التأكد من اكتمال المستندات واعتمادها وفق الصلاحيات (DOA) وحفظها بالطريقة المعتمدة.
دعم القضايا والمطالبات والنزاعات: دعم القضايا والمطالبات عبر جمع المستندات، وتنظيم الأدلة، وإدارة الملفات، ومتابعة المواعيد والمهل النظامية.
إدارة الوثائق والسجلات القانونية: إدارة أرشفة العقود والسجلات القانونية وتحديث سجل العقود (Contract Register).
التعاون الداخلي وتحسين العمليات: التنسيق مع المشتريات، المالية، الاستثمار، الموارد البشرية، المشاريع، والعمليات لضمان استيفاء المتطلبات القانونية عبر دورة التعاقد.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة

المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في القانون/الأنظمة أو ما يعادلها (الشهادات المهنية ميزة إضافية).
الخبرة: غالبًا 5–8 سنوات خبرة قانونية ذات صلة، ويفضل في بيئة شركات/مجموعات استثمارية.
إجادة عالية للغة العربية: في الصياغة القانونية وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (ميزة قوية للعقود والمراسلات ثنائية اللغة).
