Role Overview:In this role, you will lead the development and execution of group-wide marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, support business goals, and ensure consistent positioning across the holding and its operating companies. The ideal candidate has a strong marketing background with proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, campaign planning, and market analysis.
Responsibilities:- Develop and own the group-wide marketing strategy and translate it into tailored plans for each subsidiary.
- Build annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps covering campaigns, channels, timelines, budgets, and KPIs per company.
- Lead brand management for the holding and subsidiaries including brand guidelines and reputation management.
- Define target segments and oversee market research and competitive analysis.
- Execute integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage performance marketing and oversee content strategy and production.
- Manage the group’s digital presence including analytics, SEO, and marketing automation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to generate qualified leads and improve funnel performance.
- Measure and monitor marketing performance and ROI.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget.
- Drive event and exhibition planning.
- Build and manage external relationships with agencies and media.
- Lead internal stakeholder alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Manage and develop the marketing team.
- Ensure compliance with brand and legal requirements.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in executing marketing strategies with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in performance reporting.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
