Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Management

  • Managing accounts:

    • Snapchat 

    • Tiktok

    • Instagram

  • Scheduling content according to:

    • Enriching and educational content

  • Maintaining the tone and identity of the company (professional, reliable, not overly promotional).


2. Revenue-Oriented Content

  • Producing content that serves:

    • Proximity to the holy mosque

    • Views

    • Economic options

    • Early booking

  • Linking all content to:

    • Clear Call to Action (WhatsApp / Link)

    • Scenario of expected questions from the customer

  • Working with the team to ensure:

    • Content matches real capabilities

3. Managing Seasonal Campaigns

  • Preparing content plans for:

    • Ramadan

    • The last ten days

    • Hajj

    • Peak seasons

  • Recycling successful content.

4. Integration with Customer Service

  • Coordinating with the WhatsApp team to ensure:

    • Responses are consistent with posted messages

    • Customer journey pathways.


5. Analysis and Performance Measurement

  • Tracking indicators such as:

  • Preparing brief reports:

  • Providing actionable recommendations (stop / enhance / modify).
